Our 4 week breath work course

Following your discovery session we will curate a personalised 4 week breath work plan all for €199. We will meet once a week for 4 weeks via video call. During each lesson, we will practice at least two breathing techniques. We also discuss the science behind these techniques, as well as the science of the nervous system so you can understand exactly what is happening as you practice. We then send you into your week feeling absolutely great along with your homework. Don't worry this simply consists of 1 breath technique from each of our categories of breath work to practice each day. (x3 breathing techniques).
